Overview

Asaan Image Editor ("we", "us") provides free online tools for compressing images, converting images to PDF, and extracting PDF pages as images. This policy explains what information is processed when you use the tools and what happens to your files.

The short version: we don't require accounts, we don't sell data, we don't use tracking cookies, and files you upload are automatically deleted from our server within about one hour.

Files You Upload

When you use a tool, your images or PDF files are uploaded to our server so they can be processed (compressed, converted, or extracted). About your files:

• Automated processing only. Files are handled entirely by automated software. No person views or opens your files.
• Automatic deletion. Uploaded files and generated results are automatically deleted from the server within approximately one hour of processing.
• No permanent storage. We do not keep copies, backups, or archives of your files after deletion.
• Not shared. Your files are never shared with, sold to, or made accessible to any third party.
• Not publicly listed. Storage directories are not browsable, and direct access to them is blocked.

Please avoid uploading files you are not permitted to process, and note that no internet transmission is 100% secure — do not upload highly sensitive documents if that is a concern for you.

Information We Collect Automatically

Like virtually all websites, our web server may keep standard technical logs, which can include your IP address, browser type (user agent), the pages you visited, and timestamps. These logs are used only for security, debugging, and abuse prevention, and are not used to identify or profile you.

Cookies & Tracking

This site does not set cookies, does not use local storage for tracking, and does not include any analytics or advertising trackers. There is nothing to opt out of.

Third-Party Services

Our pages load the "Inter" web font from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com). When your browser requests the font, your IP address is transmitted to Google. See Google's Privacy Policy for details on how Google handles that data. No other third-party services are used.

No Accounts, No Personal Data

The tools work without registration. We do not ask for, or store, your name, email address, or any other personal details in order to use the site.

Children's Privacy

Our services are general-audience tools and do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since we collect no personal data beyond standard server logs, no special parental action is required.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised policy.
